About
My name is Jonas Rabensteiner.
I’m a songwriter and producer, working out of my studio near the heart of Brixen, South Tyrol. Over the past few years I’ve worked on records that reached the Top 10 of the charts, and one of them went Gold.
As songwriter and guitarist of the rock band Stunde Null, I’ve reached the Top 20 of the German album charts twice myself. I know what it feels like to stand on stage, and I know the way from a first voice memo to a record in the charts.

Established acts and major projects.
I know the pressure between touring, release schedules and songwriting from my own band. In my studio in Brixen, we switch that pressure off. The Dolomites are close by: disappear into the mountains for a few hours, clear your head with a walk through the old town, or take a songwriting session up to a mountain hut.

Young bands and new artists.
I love working with hungry newcomers. Whether you bring a finished pre-production or two lines of lyrics and a voice memo, we work on your song until it stands on solid ground and holds its own next to anything out there.

Release know-how.
In 2025 I founded sdb|rcrds, an indie label for rock and pop acts. What I learn on the label side goes straight into your project.

Musisches Gymnasium Brixen, then guitar studies at the Rock Guitar Academy in Milan and at the mgi in Munich.
