Visiting this website
This website is hosted by Aruba S.p.A., Via San Clemente 53, 24036 Ponte San Pietro (BG), Italy. When you open a page, your browser automatically sends technical data to Aruba’s server: your IP address, date and time, the page you requested, the page you came from, your browser and your operating system. The server keeps this data in log files so it can deliver the website and protect it against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, my legitimate interest in a working and secure website. The log files are deleted after a short time.
No cookies, no tracking
This website itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. All fonts and images are stored on this server, so no font service or image service learns about your visit.
Contact form and email
If you write to me through the contact form or by email, I receive your name, your email address, the topic, an optional link and your message. I use this data only to answer your request and, if we work together, for that project. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps before a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (answering enquiries). The form sends your message straight to my email inbox, it is not stored on the web server. I delete enquiries once they are no longer needed, unless legal retention periods apply.
To stop spam, the form briefly keeps a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address together with the time of sending. It is used only for this check and removed automatically.
Spotify player
The Studio page shows a playlist in the Spotify player. The player is loaded directly from Spotify (Spotify AB, Regeringsgatan 19, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden) when you open the page. Your browser then connects to Spotify’s servers, which receive your IP address and technical data about your device. Spotify can set cookies and, if you are logged in to Spotify, link your visit to your account. I use the player to present my work, based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. More in Spotify’s privacy policy. If you don’t want this, you can block the player in your browser or open the playlist directly in the Spotify app.
Links to other services
Links to Instagram, Spotify, Apple Music and Muso.AI are plain links. No data goes to these services until you click one. After that, the privacy policy of the respective service applies.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to receive it in a portable format and to object to its processing (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Just write to studio@sdb-rcrds.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority, in Italy the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
